We collect information you provide when creating a profile — including your name, email address, suburb, state, golf handicap, home course, and profile photo. We also collect usage data such as tee times posted, groups joined, and messages sent within the platform.
Your information is used to operate the TeeUp platform, connect you with other golfers, send tee time and activity notifications, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We store a suburb-level location (latitude and longitude) to power tee time proximity alerts. This is derived from the suburb and state you enter in your profile settings. We do not track your device location in real time.
We send transactional emails related to your account activity (notifications, tee time alerts, invite responses). You can manage your alert preferences in your Profile settings.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database service, with servers located in Australia. We use row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data.
We use Resend for email delivery and Supabase for authentication and database services. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@teeupnetwork.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
TeeUp uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of TeeUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
