By posting content on TeeUp (profile information, tee times, messages), you grant TeeUp a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the platform.
TeeUp is a platform that facilitates connections between golfers. We are not responsible for tee time bookings, course policies, cancellations, or disputes between users. Always confirm directly with the course.
Partner offers listed on TeeUp are provided by third parties. TeeUp does not guarantee availability, pricing, or quality of partner services.
TeeUp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of TeeUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
